Metamorphosis

The Metamorphosis aligns with some of my personal experience and hopes to spread the message over exile and changes. Going to a foreign country at a young age, the main character is conflicted over the mixed messages she receives. This game is about family, culture and adaption.

A little bit more about the creative process: The Metamorphosis borrows elements from Franz Kafka's work, The Metamorphosis. The insectile form of character inspired me to represent character through an animal. Using symbolism, I create this experimental visual novel, where I portray characteristics through the images and gameplay.
